Strict Pull-Up Program

Struggling to do your first strict pull-up or just want to improve your pull-up strength? Use this program to increase pull strength and help crush any WOD!

This program is designed for people who can do few (or zero) strict pull-ups. It will help strengthen your muscle-ups, toes to bar, deadlifts, and any other pulling movement. If you can already do strict pull-ups, just replace any assisted pull-ups in the program with strict pull-ups.
